Description:
Key Role:
Develop, analysis and implement technical solutions for a client within the Healthcare Claims Processing market.

As a Methodical team member you will be responsible for executing various phases of the systems development. You will be required to collect business and system information and metrics to illustrate business to systems dependencies and issues and identify return on investments, cost benefit, and systems engineering tradeoffs. You must think analytically regarding the scope of a project and opportunities for reengineering, technology insertion, or technology enhancement. This position is located in Denver, CO

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience in a healthcare claims processing environment developing software.
-Must have lead and managed business systems/projects, analyzed data and provided excellent customer service support.
-Must be able to design, code, test, develop, configure, implement and provide continued document enhancements to a complex processing system.
-Proficiency and experience with VA FILEMAN, Legacy MUMPS, XML and CACHE Object Script
-Experience with OO concepts, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Java, etc.
-Experience with InterSystems Cache Server (CSP/ZEN) enterprise level a must
-Experience with business process modeling and systems analysis
-Experience with modeling and simulation techniques using various software packages
-Experience with leading and facilitating working groups to analyze and document processes and requirements
-Ability to lead client-focused teams in complex environments
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Software Development Life-Cycle Models (SDLC)
-Experience with ICD-9 and ICD-10 codes
-Experience with Vista and VA Claims Processing Systems
-Knowledge of NCPDP pharmacy transactions like B1, B2, E1 and Medicaid Subrogation 3.0
-Knowledge of healthcare EDI x12 transactions like 837,835, 270/271, and 276/277
-Ability to perform sensitivity analysis and identify and manage risks
-Exceptional Communications skills are a must

Key Role:
Serve as a J2EE application and Web service developer in a high visibility, Healthcare market.

As a Methodical team member you will perform moderately complex support with regards to analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and debugging computer software to maintain distinct product hardware or technical service lines of businesses. You will be responsible for software design and operating architecture integration in the selection of computer systems. You will be required to apply knowledge of one or more systems, platforms, and programming languages and prepare application documentation. Mentor and lead junior staff, as necessary. This position is located in Denver, CO

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-7+ years of experience with Java application development and systems-level design using software development life-cycle
-Must have experience in the development of software based systems on UNIX, LINUX, J2EE, Java and XML on a varity of platforms, including Sun, HP and Dell
-Must have experience in a professional software development environment
-Must have extensive understanding of Hibernate ORM
-Proficiency and experience with Middle Tier programming using Seam, JBoss, GlassFish, Weblogic
